We’ve just heard that the 5 National Highways cyclists completed their mammoth 405km cycle between Penzance and Tewkesbury! A fabulous £1600 was raised for our charity and we want to thank everyone involved.

We had some great sessions with Hill_Group_UK today - talking about how we need to check in on our mates more often, see how they're really doing and go beyond the surface. We all have worries and struggles in life, but a problem shared is a problem halved. #letsgettalking
