Thank you Dave Marsden for bringing more of a focus to strengthening rural communities! This new subcommittee is a great way to engage our community that often feels left behind.

Gun violence has long plagued too many communities across our Commonwealth. Today I stopped in Blacksburg to talk to local leaders and students about the gun violence epidemic. There's more we can and must do to end gun violence and keep people safe.

Super Tuesday may be over but we are still hard at work towards SWVAYD2024! We are incredibly thrilled to have one of our own and one of our amazing 2023 candidates from the area, Lily Franklin. Lily has been an champion in SWVA and we cannot wait to hear from her in Roanoke!

It’s assumed that representatives of different parties and different regions are divided on policy, but we understand the rich diversity of our rural communities.
