Bottom line: schedule F advocacy can get dressed up in language on improving good governance and performance. It does not do that, relies on myth, and ignores good ways to resolve actual problems. The loudest proponents know what they plan to use schedule F for. Believe them.

So, taken literally, Schedule F doesn’t make a lot of sense. Stop giving credit to those taking it literally and ask them to repair issues with the civil service if it’s such a big deal to them.
