The importance of representation can NEVER BE overestimated. It makes conversations relatable when you see someone like you involved that your experiences are equally important. That being said, if you form a panel that’s not representative of the majority then something is wrong

We are live in Cotonou Benin at the #ICPD30 Global Youth Dialogue, the opening ceremony was a great success. Over 130 countries are gathered here to attend this dialogue.
