Postvaccinial lymphadenitis. Reactive changes 👀:
▫️Hiperplasia. Not TBMs this time
▫️⬆️ reticular lymphoblasts
▫️Vascular/sinusoidal changes
▫️Mixed cells: eosinophils, mast cells...
FNA 💉 prior to vaccination or 4-6 weeks after the dose.

Lipoid subtype of urothelial carcinoma can truly mimic a well dif liposarc. Adding to the confusion is the frequent MDM2 amplification that can be seen in both. Key is to identify conventional UCa. Not uncommonly, the lipoid component loses keratin expression.
