I'm not one for bait, but... it's weird to say 'normal people' hate particular types of architecture because taste is subjective in any case, but also *tons* of people I know absolutely LOVE brutalist structures and they're some of the most photographed!

This is still one of my favourite picttures I've taken because even though it was 7 years ago (7 years!!!) I can still feel exactly what it was like to be there, the smell of the rain coming in, the way the wind picked up. Real edge of the world stuff.
