Sunshine really helps brighten your mood.

This is probably not a big surprise. We have had a very wet start to 2024. 2nd wettest on record.

These April showers are getting out of hand.

4:15 PM Radar Update: The relentless rain and snow showers continue. They will be with us off and on all night and Thursday morning. I know we are all tired of this.

Many of our larger cities will miss out on the heavier snow.

8:25 PM Radar Update: This event is so far from being done. Many are getting a break now but the low pressure center will meander around our area into Thursday. Be ready for some slick roads by morning over much of the area.

Wet for most of you. White for those well inland. Look for changing conditions throughout the night. This will be a very long event lasting all the way into Thursday.

Winter weather advisory now includes Waukesha. 3'-6' expected there. Lesser snow amounts near the lake where it stays rain longer.

The rain has changed to snow in Elkhart Lake. Big flakes.

Super Sunset Alert: Be ready for a beautiful sunset tonight. Sunset time is 7:16 this evening.

Jealous of that sunshine in Delavan. Most of us will stay stuck in the clouds this evening.

'Easter'ly winds tomorrow. All the credit for that goes to Lindsey Slater. For the dreary day tomorrow, you can #BlameBaden .

If you have kids or dogs that don't do well in thunder, be prepared. It may be a long night. I'm not worried about severe storms, but there may be some loud rumblers with these elevated storms.

Can you imagine if all the rain we had would have been snow? I'm ok we missed out on that but colder air is coming. We'll be down in the 20s tonight.
