Essay 19

WHEN TRUST IS DESTROYED

When trust is destroyed, everything that makes a society a society is gone.
Only a truth teller will be able to rebuild our faith in the things that hold us together.

Lockdowns forced everyone to treat avoiding Covid-19 as their biggest problem in 2020 — and that was profoundly unethical.

Absolutely this 👇

The entire world needs ALL points of view and opinions in order to make their own personal decisions.

THIS is free speech!

'In Sweden, I was a left-wing fanatic who supported the establishment by opposing lockdowns. But in the US, opposing lockdowns made me a right-wing extremist.'
Martin Kulldorff on the Brendan O'Neill show spiked on Sweden's vindication for their covid policies.

Why is it so popular to post videos of regular people embarrassing themselves?

Not a very compassionate thing to do.

(also, there are enough embarrassing politicians and bureaucrats to highlight instead)

Headlines from the last few days alone...

Lockdown was impossibly difficult for millions of people, but the way young girls and boys were thrown under the bus is completely unforgivable.

It's our responsibility to protect children's wellbeing - we failed, in a brutal fashion.

It was wrong for public health tyrants to cancel high school graduation for the senior class of 2020.

It is wrong for USC to cancel the big graduation ceremony for their undergraduate class of 2024.

Let the kids (ok, young adults) celebrate graduation for once!

For please read my latest research that shows that between 40 and 60% of separated parents in the UK experience alienating behaviours during separation and divorce - it's a public health emergency and we HAVE the evidence!

Headline in the Guardian - 'Pupils in England ‘facing worst exam results in decades’ after Covid closures'

And who cheered on these horrifically damaging restrictions at every turn, The Guardian?

Millions of children were utterly failed by lockdowns.

Not projections, reality.

Alcohol-related deaths surging is a consequence of lockdown, not COVID.

We trapped people in their homes, took away so much of what they loved and cut off support networks.

Lockdown poisoned this country - we will suffer the effects for many more years.

Inaccurate headline in the Guardian.

COVID wasn't the driving factor behind these deaths, lockdown was.
