Training with my 7-yr-old Behr Bradley and he crushed his first over Bodyweight Front Squat of 35kg/77lb. (Bodyweight 72lb).

I hit 190kg/418lb at 0.34m/s GymAware . I’m using Velocity to 1. Minimize injury 2. Ensure intent 3. Track progress with something other than 1RM.
