When a coach tells me that VBT equipment is too expensive, I realize at that moment they probably don’t understand the uses of VBT. VBT is the most versatile tool in the weight room and can fit a smaller budget org.

Zach Even - Esh sent me a podcast Westside Barbell with Joe Bayless talking about our 2005 match up just what I needed to get fired up again.

240kg/528lb Deadlift at 0.35m/s was the first time I have lifted in months. I have been praying for desire to train again. Now I have it.

Velocity-Based Training is simply a measurement of whatever zone you or your athletes intend to express. Therefore, VBT could refer to either speed-strength or absolute strength. VBT is a tool to ensure that your intended method is being met. That’s all. @masheliteperformance

Two of the most distinctive impressions to date;
️🌟 Direct feedback on the performance brings with it a sense of competition and each repetition is done 100%.
🌟 The weight where we create the most power has usually been significantly lower than expected.' 📸 @olivergolfpt
