Iβve had a lot of conflicts with Nathan "FOIA" Tankus over the years (and a few with Matt Bruenig too), but Tankus is absolutely right about Bruenigβs NLRB project here, which is a cutting, analytical chronology of the singularities of juridical regime of US labor relations.
Hayley Brown I actually have had NLRB lawyers contact me asking to use it. The internal research tools are also quite bad!
Matt Darling πποΈ Anyways, it's the point that you don't necessarily need property ownership or regulation to achieve more-or-less peaceful governance/distribution of some things. It's what the libertarian position *ought* to be but alas 'libertarianism' is just propertarianism by another name.
