My data on broad jumps w/the HS female athlete
5 feet=poor
6 feet=fair
7 feet=Very good
8+ feet=Holy grail

Generalizing of course, but broad jump is an expression of lower body power which is 1 piece of the puzzle when it comes to early accel capabilities.

7 on the nose here.

I think if I didn’t coach, I would be burnt out from teaching.
