I've come across 30,000 emails revealing that the uniform companies, some Russian oligarchs, and cryptocurrency heads have been in bed with the sticker companies to force us into replacing uniforms at an alarming rate.
Coaching Distance Spot on. Sprinting speed is nice but only if the athlete can use it properly after running hard before that. Even sit and kick affairs have drawn out kicks that start far enough back that this matters.
