It ended with the fall of a Premier.

ICACs are powerful. Imagine what a Federal ICAC would uncover.

Beautiful day out surveying #threatened Backwater grevillea at Wattleridge #Indigenous #ProtectedArea , NSW. Found thousands of grevilleas regenerating 2 years post #bushfire . Also said g'day to a kukra (echidna)

Awful - first found this breeding site of swift #parrots in 2011 & now much of the site has been cut down - technically this a conservation ‘success’ under the rules because they only need to ‘protect’ the individual nest tree - legal vandalism.

New #PhD publication in CSIRO Publishing Int. J. Wildland Fire w Banbai #rangers & academic #research team. Banbai #cultural #burning had less impact on threatened plant than #bushfire & ⬇️ fuel loads. Cultural care of Country ➡️eco & social benefits
