When I started working with ⁦⁦Emmaus Norfolk & Waveney⁩ one of my hopes was that I’d meet ⁦Emmaus UK⁩ President Sir Terry Waite. And today I did! A lovely man and a hero to many.

What have we become?
A country which will not give refuge to some of the poorest, most vulnerable people in the world?
The Government should hang its head in shame. The Rwanda bill is not in my name and thank God not in the name of many, but this is a dark day indeed.
