'The problem with the neurological explanation isn't that wrong, it's that it's presumed to be exclusive.' I discuss 'time travel,' retro-causality, precognition, string theory, and why reality is so damned weird. And what about the Morlocks? youtube.com/watch?v=CXllUw…

Tolstoy among others noted that how I 'feel' about something is a terrible guide to reality. 21st century professional skeptics violate this principle in chronic--and, I aver, sentimental--rejection of juried, replicable data in ESP research. mitch-horowitz-nyc.medium.com/the-crisis-of-…

This is me and my Dad on Halloween in 1978. I have been reading 𝐌𝐒𝐭𝐜𝐑 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐒𝐭𝐳 book, The 30-Day Mental Challenge, and I am on day 28. The exercises in this book have assisted me in focusing on the positive memories of my childhood. My heart is full of joy.

In studio this a.m. reading my new introduction to a forthcoming republication of All Quiet on the Western Front. Sharing a vintage mass-market cover from 1968. The intro explores the thought of Gurdjieff and Joseph Campbell (whom I critique) among others.

I've had many ideas lifted from my work sans credit--it's part of the job. But I'd never use the term 'plagiarism' lightly, if at all. I see it sneaking into spiritual discourse, which I discourage. Religions are syncretic & spirituality's been a cut-&-paste affair since forever.
