This is me and my Dad on Halloween in 1978. I have been reading 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐳 book, The 30-Day Mental Challenge, and I am on day 28. The exercises in this book have assisted me in focusing on the positive memories of my childhood. My heart is full of joy.
