Congratulations to club athlete Evan Crane Orthochimp who completed the South Downs Way 100 miles race in the early hours in an amazing time of 19:58:41. 100 miles- just think about that! 🤯 Despite getting lost in the latter stages, Evan got back on track. Incredible effort! 👏🏻

An incredible performance and huge PB for club athlete Jonathan Moore in last night’s Brian Goodwin 10k with a clocking of 31.32 for 7th place behind Olympian, and winner, Callum Hawkins (29.45). Tremendous night for our club athletes at one of the best races on the circuit.

Congratulations to Andy C who won the U15 100m title at the Scottish Schools Champs at Grangemouth today in a superb new pb of 11.63. This follows on from his win at the County Schools earlier in the week. Well done Andy from everyone at the club 👏🏻👏🏻 scottishathletics SSAA

Sometimes you can’t run so it’s great to see your mates smashing it instead. Congratulations to my brilliant Motherwell AC team mates at the Brian Goodwin Memorial 10k tonight. Awesome performances, not least a 31.32 clocking from Jonathan 🤯👏🏻👏🏻

Hugely important training that takes only 30 mins. Recently the core team at Strathclyde parkrun undertook a refresher in CPR and Defib training. Hope we never have to use it but comforting to have the basic knowledge. Similar training undertaken by Motherwell AC coaches and defib bought.
