API v2 for @openai Assistants changes the workflow. The retrieval tool is now called file_search. Vector stores (containing auto-chunked & parsed files) are attached to Assistants for usage. #buildinpublic

Essential part of the Bubble dev process when completing a build session: Check Scheduler and Logs for infinite-looping backend workflows. I burned 75k WU passing in a list of files from a multi-uploader state which were't treated as uploaded files. I had a terminate condition.

If the File Manager in Bubble.io is not displaying some expected files. Don't refresh your browser (and reload the editor), click the Search button instead.

I've tried something different for the File Asker sign up/log in screen. Gone are popups, replaced by a SPA type of show/hide process with custom states. Workflows are conditional for each state. #buildinpublic
