Start of Monday @ SUNY Upstate with a Rectal ESD and Difficult Biliary Rendezvous for Ampullary cancer to finish the day.

Busy day of Advanced Endoscopy at SUNY Upstate today with G-POEM, EDGE and Multigated EUS guided Cystgastrostomy being the highlights of the day.

A very gratifying Esophageal POEM at SUNY Upstate for Achalasia in a patient with developmental delay and inability to take PO meds and handle secretions.

A very rewarding case of EDGE in patient with acute severe pancreatitis, pancreatico-pleural fistula, ERP with stenting for PD leak, resolution of leak, removal of PD stent, and endoscopic closure of gastro-gastric fistula. Happy patient, happy endoscopist for excellent outcome.
