Helped start this K-1 League in Troy and would love to find the gym space to bring it to Wentzville for all WSD kids. Great way to get all our K-1 kids started. 3v3 on short courts with lowered goals and smaller basketballs. Anyone have any open gym space 👀? 🏀🏀🏀

North Point HS will be hosting a JV/Cteam/8th grade Girls Basketball Shootout on Saturday June 22nd at North Point HS. Great chance to play 3-4 games for your lower levels/younger kids. Cost is only $50 a game. Email [email protected] to get registered.

Bench, squat, and deadlift maxes all updated so far this week. Alysa Rooney 140 #1 in bench, Maddy Siefert 245 #1 in squat, and Anna Berkbiegler 315 #1 in deadlift. Very proud of the results we are seeing across the board and in our class. #HardWorkWorks North Point PE
