1 Invest in elastic laces for your trainers. They are a great when trying to put your feet into your trainers as fast as possible
2 Transitions are the 4th discipline & worth practicing. Races can be won & lost here

1) Focus on yourself & your own training. You can’t control what other people do
2) Be persistent & stick with it. Results won’t come overnight
3) Practice transition. You can’t win a race but you can lose it if you get it wrong
