🌆 Wondering why the sunset is so vibrant tonight?
It's a product of Rayleigh scattering - smoke particles in the air from nearby wildfires are causing more scattering of shorter wavelengths (blues and greens), allowing more of the oranges and reds to shine through!

📷Check out the visible satellite imagery on this beautiful Sunday morning! We can see smoke aloft moving into Idaho ahead of a line of clouds over Washington that are associated with a weak cold front that is expected to move into our region tomorrow afternoon.

🌬️Primary weather concern for the next day or two is a dry cold front passage. Temps will drop to the low 80s, but we will see some very gusty conditions set in after the passage. Notably near Ontario tonight, see the graphics.
