Eight months pregnant today. Have traveled almost every week of this pregnancy. The “running” around cities has become a slow walk. Shout out to the women carrying babies and building companies. Not easy.

Did not expect Gen-Z to chase skilled trade jobs to become more entrepreneurial. Big push is viewing AI as less of a threat to blue collar jobs. Not a bad outcome given the massive labor shortages.

Several years back I was struggling with an important personal decision. Close mentor and former boss gave me advice that I still think of often. No matter what path you choose, you will always wonder what the other would have been like. So make a choice and carry on.
