Paul v Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. An absolutely cruel decision. I just can’t get my head around it.

Decision issued today from the Supreme Court clarifying the law in relation to psychiatric injury. The court held that a doctor has no duty in law to protect families who witness the death of a loved one and suffer psychological loss

This is one of the worst decisions I’ve ever read. Horrendous for families. I feel devastated.

Tomorrow the Supreme Court decides whether or not the Government's #Rwanda policy is lawful.

Here's 4 things to look out for.

None of my birthday presents barked today….. so that was pretty disappointing!
