literacy at all, is now a software developer after being selected for the 1st AGCCI Camp where she was introduced to coding specifically programming languages, animation, robotics & many more. #ConnektedGirlsHub

'I can proudly say that AfricanGirlsCanCode is the reason behind who I am today,'Niyonkuru Chantal. With skills acquired, she developed
several applications including a rewarding system that reverages blockchain tech, bus booking app, doctor appointment system, an e-commerce platform.

In the efforts to close the #DigitalGenderGap in Africa, UN Women through the the African Girls Can Code Initiative is equipping Young girls with digital literacy, coding, personal dev't skills, promote and support girls’ entry into the ICT sector & coding. #YouthConnekt2022
