A new survey from Holding on to Home has found that 61% of social housing tenants have cut back on essentials, such as food or heating, to pay rent.

Of the 1,200 tenants they surveyed, 70% said struggled to pay their rent.

This looks like a landmark report into the health of the access to Justice landscape in the UK at the moment. In brief - it compares with the NHS at the moment and for not dissimilar reasons.

Delighted to be commissioned by Nuffield Foundation to prepare a data led overview of the current issues facing access to justice in E&W.
