Ghana is making strides to lessen poverty through the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty(LEAP) programme.💪🏽

#LEAP provides cash transfers & health insurance to vulnerable households. UNICEF works with the government & partners to ensure Ghana 🇬🇭 is on track to achieve #SDG1 .
