Mental health - let’s talk about it.

Our Sofia dev centre welcomed a Psychologist to learn about different types of stress and practical tips for taking care of ourselves. The mental health of our teams is essential, and so we’re taking the time to openly talk about it.

The statistics are clear: women are underrepresented in technology. As a global tech company, we take this seriously. Our #OcadoTechnologyBCN dev centre hosted 4 inspiring panellists with the @WomenTech Network, where they shared the challenges and opportunities they experienced.
