Day five..... Royal Ascot racecourse.
There was an abundance of Glamorous woman on ladies day, here to enjoy a three course lunch, followed by afternoon tea in the Pavilion. West Lothian College

Day three at Ascot, plenty of pictures, but if I don’t mention the fact the one of our Level 4 students ( Craig Fairbairn ) sealed 900 Chicken breasts all by himself, I’ll be getting my head nipped all night long West Lothian College

Never in my puff, have I ever seen so many chefs in one place. Come to think of it, can’t remember the last time I saw that amount of Asparagus either. West Lothian College

Running alongside our Irn Bru street food event today, our level six and four Cookery students were promoting the top three Street food dishes from each year. (Voted by the Students). So much choice and diversity within all the dishes. West Lothian College
Just want to say a massive thanks to the Irn Bru team for coming to our street food event, and allowing our students the opportunity to create some Irn Bru food products they had a great time doing this. West Lothian College
It might not taste like Tutti Frutti or Bubblegum flavour, but one things for sure, our Irn Bru inspired street food products will go down a treat at this Wednesday’s Street food event. Made in Scotland from girders. West Lothian College
I had the pleasure of working along Jeannette Scicluna at the Glen 14 years ago, and have been so impressed, but not surprised by the Chef she has become. Aaron has thoroughly enjoyed the experience of the Bonham under the guidance of Sous Chef Jeannette. West Lothian College
Our list of placement providers just keeps growing from strength to strength. Joanna Maj and Louise Gibson have just finished their three day work placement at the Gleneagles Townhouse. A massive thanks to Executive Head Chef Jonny Wright for making this happen West Lothian College
I know most of our work placements were last week, but when Aaron Hammond came into the college to talk to our Cookery students, we had an uptake of people wishing to complete their work placement with him. West Lothian College
