How can food inflation, especially rice inflation, be controlled to manageable levels?

The poor never found long-term relief from inflation misery.

They are suffering more.

Food month-on-month inflation being this consistently high is a bad sign.

As a rule of thumb, month-on-month inflation, tp be manageable, should only be 0.3%.
