Dr. Jose M Garza at w review of EndoFLIP and it’s use in children.

➡️ Screen for dysmotility (but doesn’t replace HREM)
➡️ Clarify achalasia/EGJOO - esp for younger kids where HREM is challenging
➡️ Guide dilation/LHM/POEM
➡️ But anesthesia, technique matter
