Scientists from the Météo-France IVORI project have been on rotation at CHARS to monitor the evolution of the snowpack. The purpose of the IVORI measurement campaign is to observe the seasonal evolution of snow microstructure in the Arctic using X-ray tomography. Pretty 'cool'!
