Convoys will run from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. every day.

We are 100 days from the 2024 Paris Olympics and Team USA has at least one athlete from the Central Coast who has qualified. A few other local athletes are trying to earn their tickets to Paris as well.

The expansion will more than double Joby's manufacturing at the Marina Municipal Airport. The expansion was partially funded by a $9.8 million state grant given by the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development.

In a 4-3 vote on Tuesday night, Salinas City Council approved a short term interim appointment for the soon-to-be vacant District 3 seat. A candidate will then be chosen during the November general election.

Salinas football star Joe Kapp, who died in May, had advanced CTE, according to a new report from our partners at San Francisco Chronicle. Kapp, who grew up in Salinas, was posthumously diagnosed with the most advanced form of CTE, a disease linked to repeated concussions.
