A fond farewell (for now) to my wonderful over 50's dance class. A time to dance, laugh, have a gossip with a biscuit or two but most importantly never forgetting about our amazing elderly community! ❤️

Decided to listen to the Operation Mincemeat soundtrack for the 1st time today & when I tell you I had to pause & wipe the tears after 'Dear Bill' played. My goodness that song is musical theatre perfection.

My poor friend saved up for ages & headed to Iceland 2 days ago to see the Northern Lights where he could have waited 48 hours & seen them from his garden!

Dreaming of giving my Tony Award speech & then CRASH CRASH CRASH the storm woke me up back into my harsh, cruel reality! I am off to a morning press event so that will be a cute stagey morning!

I have analysed the curtain call of the Pippin concert numerous times & I have to say this: Zizi Strallen kick was a casual 90 whilst everyone's was 45 and the leg extension, arch of the foot & straight supporting leg & spine must be written about for years to come at Uni's!
