Sebastian Rees I have to agree with Shaun Lintern on this…. He’s spot on. Also what is the difference between the NHS Constitution & a “social contract” between the NHS & the citizens that it serves… discuss! My view is for either to have any relevance or validity needs Co-creation!

Refreshing that someone has quantified the benefit of doing the right thing. Hopefully this is the start of convincing the risk averse NHS to invest where the returns are greatest ( for the patients, the policies & the pounds)

Imagine if all ICS & Trusts switched their financial models towards prevention & community investment. Acute hospitals overwhelmed by “demand” is a sign of our systemic failure to do this at scale & pace. Instead of pulling people out of the river let’s try to prevent falling in.
