Interesting paper about peripheral vs central vasopressors in real world sepsis treatment (I LOVE a Sankey diagram):
- wide variation by hospital
- equivalent outcomes
- most received PIV pressors at 6 hrs
- most who still required pressors at day 4 had a CVC (3% still used PIV?)
