In the early hours of this morning, RAF Typhoons conducted further strikes on Houthi military sites in Yemen.

The targets contributed to the attacks against the international shipping in the Red Sea.

On Thursday evening, Royal Air Force Typhoons successfully conducted precision strikes against Houthi military targets in Yemen.

This action was taken jointly with the US in response to repeated Houthi attacks on ships in the Red Sea.

Overnight, the largest Houthi attack to date in the Red Sea was successfully repelled by HMS Diamond and US warships.

Deploying Sea Viper missiles and guns, HMS Diamond destroyed multiple attack drones heading for her & commercial shipping in the area.

Taking 5 days' prep and 6 hrs to load, personnel from 99 Sqn and 845 NAS worked together to get this weighty yet intricate task done 🙌🏼

The RAF commemorated Armistice Day at Al Udeid Airbase, Qatar leading the international coalition in an Act of Remembrance this weekend.

The 1st wreath was laid by AVM Burke, AOC 11 GP, followed by 8 other coalition nations.
