I'm guessing most people don't realize their physicians go home after work or post-call and have trouble sleeping. Not asking for sympathy, just saying, we toss and turn and ruminate about every decision we make at work. We really care about you. That's all.

Fantastic presentation by Dr Cambronero Wake Acute Care Surgery Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist about the role of post op LFTs after #LCBDE - they don’t downtrend like post ERCP LFTs!! Different interventions = different LFT profiles. Completion IOC is the best predictor of success. Get the patients home!
