Shildon Locomotion 04/05/24

Following its long stint on the Wensleydale Railway the NRM owned LEV1 RDB975874 prototype Railbus is now in the museum at Locomotion Shildon. It was cosmetically restored at the Wensleydale Railway before being moved by road earlier this week. 04/05/24

The old track at Healy Mills is being lifted. Six new sidings are to be laid so the former marshalling yard can be used as part of the Transpennine Route Upgrade.

GBRf 60087 receiving attention at Toton T.M.D on 20/04/24. Now back in service it carries the Ingleborough nameplate keeping up naming GBRf Tugs after the Class 44 Peaks. Not quite sure what will happen with 60002 which carries a new name not in keeping with the Peak names.
