Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act I voted to pass, seniors on Medicare will only pay $35 a month for insulin. I met with the SoCal amdiabetesassn to discuss how we can continue to help people living with diabetes and keep fighting to lower insulin costs for everyone.
Had an inspiring afternoon at a USABA and City of LA Department of Recreation and Parks soccer clinic in Pacoima with young athletes who are blind or visually impaired. It's so empowering to witness how sports and recreation are changing the lives of people with disabilities right here in our community.
