ICYMI: The immigration laws passed by Congress require DHS to detain illegal aliens.

Secretary Mayorkas has disregarded that mandate, failing to even use all the ICE beds Congress has given him!

Since Biden and Mayorkas launched their CBP One mass-parole scheme, it has been used to process more than 547,000 inadmissible aliens into our country. There is no question that these open border policies are contributing to more crime in our country.

This is a new front in President Biden’s war on the Second Amendment.

This is an unprecedented failure by the Senate to do its duty, which, for the first time in our history, has outright refused to conduct an impeachment trial when given the opportunity to do so.

The ATF’s new rule is just another step towards implementing a universal gun registry.

So far in FY24:
→ 24,376 Chinese nationals encountered at the SW border
→ 24,214 of whom were apprehended illegally crossing the border
→ Encounters of Chinese nationals in March ‘24 increased 8,500% compared to March ‘21

This is not only a tacit approval of Secretary Mayorkas’ assault on our constitutional order, but an insult to the millions of Americans who want to end this crisis and hold accountable those who intentionally created it. Sadly, the Senate has now failed on both fronts.

The Senate had an obligation to conduct a full trial, hear the evidence, and render a verdict. Just as Secretary Mayorkas has grievously failed in his constitutional duty, now so has the Senate.
