A potential oral therapy for elevated Lp(a)!

In our new study Atherosclerosis, we evaluated the PCE for 10y event prediction in ppl with elevated Lp(a) >50 mg/dL. Lp(a) >50 mg/dl a/w with increased CVD risk & addition of Lp(a) to the PCE improved risk prediction, especially among low-risk individuals

***New manuscript out in #JCEM Endocrine Society, in which we found that higher visit-to-visit variability in fasting glucose over 10+ years was associated with worse cognitive performance and decline in older adults at higher risk for type 2 diabetes:
