A move away from the Birmingham based prints that dominate my work. This was commissioned by my dear friends Ross Cider...it's what I think of when I imagine being in the old orchard at Peterstow... apple trees & swallows soaring above, bathed in fading autumn light.

It's a cheers from us tonight! Joy is an Orchard in our glasses, a Collab cider we made with Salthouse Bottles & Joyce. Fruity, hefty, smooth and complete. A magical cider we've all been enjoying. Tomorrow we start grafting for the season again, with Jack Toye. Can't wait

We are extremely excited to announce a new element to our blossom walk on Saturday 4th May! Our wonderful friend and artist Abigail Devenny is coming along to the farm with a canvas, an easel and paints to capture blossom-time.

When the forget-me-nots sprang up in our Nine Acre orchard, I couldn't resist the opportunity to grab a photo with them! Our gorgeous Yarlington Mill S.V. from 2021 that we released at last year's Ross Cider Festival is the perfect match for these flowers.

Just had this huge, deep, complex, dry oak cask belter of a Brown Snout from Ross Cider – all dark and dried fruits, vanilla, molasses and leather – with slow corked pork shoulder and it was simply the best food and drink pairing anywhere in the land.

Thinking about how amazing good bittersweet/bitter sharp cider is. And it’s only made in quantity in TWO places in the world. Apples whose ONLY purpose is cider. How special is that?! Please share your favourite ciders that have tannins with me right now.
