National Council for Science and Technology (NCST) hosts a dynamic workshop on knowledge synthesis, policy brief crafting, and scientific manuscript, from April 2-5, 2024, at Fatima Hotel, Musanze. Funded project 'Scaling and Knowledge Translation Support to the Science Granting Councils,' supported by IDRC | CRDI.

This week, the #AAU and partners (ACTS- led consortium) collaborated with the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology, to host a regional meeting of the heads of Africa’s Science Granting Councils and technical teams of the Research and Innovation Management (RIM)

Day 2 of the regional workshop for the Research and Innovation Management (RIM) project is currently underway in Dar es Salaam where heads of SGCIAfrica are discussing key aspects of the project: a framework for managing research projects, M&E and synthesis of research results.

Nora Ndege & Dr Nicholas Odongo earlier updated Heads of SGCIAfrica on the Framework & performance of the RIM project at the regional meeting in Dar es Salaam. The project, funded by IDRC | CRDI, is supporting SGCIAfrica to fund & manage research & innovation projects.

Nora Ndege is currently addressing heads of SGCIAfrica on the Research and Innovation Framework for the RIM project; earlier Dr, Nicholas Odongo made an exciting presentation on the performance of the project so far. The project is funded by IDRC | CRDI.
