Excited that Huye & Kigali joined the Learning Cities Network (LCN). On 8/7/2020 Huye District Sebutege Ange & SHLC_Rwanda's Dr. Rutayisire presented in ongoing UIL/PASCAL LCN webinars attended by over 500 participants. The webinar recognized innovation SHLC is making.
