Last week I met with BWC NHS Trust senior patient experience manager to discuss our ongoing work to improve access, service and patient experience across the West Midlands, continuing our work to make the region exemplar for disabled people West Midlands Combined Authority #MakeHealthAccessible #AIS

While many transport operators are making progress to make their networks #accessible , much work remains to be done.

Great work from #Birmingham and #BlackCountry SLC who were hard at work on their #StreetsForAll project yesterday.

They worked with Uni of Birmingham and West Midlands Combined Authority to increase awareness of trips hazards and how to overcome them.
