Amazon. Sent my tablet for repair. Heard nothing for 4 weeks. Then they quoted £117 for a screen repair as it wasn't part of the warranty cover. Got on Customer Service - kicked off. Got a full refund of over £220 and now have been given a 23% discount code for same tablet!
