Our Library hosted a Halloween party for VIP library members on Friday. The party included bingo, lots of sweets and prizes. A fabulous way to end a busy half term. 🎃👻

Last week, our Sixth Form students embraced their taskmaster challenge to create a Halloween mask for their Head of Year, Mrs Hoad and Mr Tonking. It was great to see the creativity and teamwork of our student body, and especially they’re great sense of humour.

On Thursday our Year 10 GCSE art students travelled to Fitzwilliam Museum and Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology in Cambridge. 🎨

Here students were able practice their observational drawing skills they been developing over the past couple of weeks.

We are offering to current Year 8 students who have applied to join us in September 2023 a wide range of sessions in numerous curriculum areas.

On Monday, guest speaker, Miguel Lewis spoke to our Year 12 students about his life as a Migrant in the UK. We are very proud of our students as they asked some excellent questions.

Year 9 presentations on bone and muscle disorders, Jim and Timothy did a presentation on osteomyelitis and Jim even brought in a foxes bone that showed signs of the condition! #showandtell #independentlearning

On Monday, we had 60 students participated in the Netball Academy Fundraiser! The players managed 7 hours of netball, a huge well done to all of them. It was lovely to see staff and students getting involve on the day.

The money raised will go towards supporting netball
