LOL. I understand there can be reasons that aren't immediately obvious for having such a vast range. But those reasons aren't uh...immediately obvious to job seekers, so such a listing will usually be interpreted as bad faith.

Hiring is slowing.
In September, it fell to ~4 million, the lowest since January 2021.

This indicates:
-Companies are starting to be more cautious
-There aren't many job seekers left to hire
