It was an honor to join Col. Puckett’s family & the Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation this morning, along with leaders form the US Army & the Congressional Medal of Honor Society for a wreath laying ceremony marking the Colonel’s remarkable life and service to our country.

Rep. Donald Payne, Jr., had the heart of a public servant & was a compassionate, affable soul who loved his family and community. My wife, Vivian, and I as well as the countless people whose lives he touched will miss him deeply and mourn his loss.
